OUR MISSION
We Provide safe housing and supportive environments for youth who have aged out of foster care and development agencies.
Youth who have turned eighteen that are in need of job readiness training and educational opportunities that will help them prepare for the demands of adulthood.
We have obtained community connection through mentorship , career guidance and partnerships to help our young adults transition successfully.

THE NEED
Every year in Tennessee, young adults leave foster care without stable housing, family support , of the skills needed for independence. Without intervention many face homelessness, unemployment , and instability. The Leaf & Ladder Foundation exists to change that story.
